Certain other techniques (Group Therapy, Psychodrama, Art Therapy, Visualisation, Hypnosis) are often employed in conjunction.
Psychotherapy is about helping one whose situation has become too great a burden to cope with. The process involves working more intensely from the inside-out, with a view to redefining one's life correlatedly from the outside-in.
