Counselling
For milder maladjustments such as worries and confusion arising, for example, from marital discord, job difficulties, academic failure and the like, counselling is often most suitable.
Counselling helps individuals clarify their own thoughts and feelings, so that they can arrive at their own intuitions/decisions and even make major changes in their own lives.
As is so often the case, the ‘real' problem besetting one is not what one comes to a Counsellor about and only gradually during the Counselling process may one become aware of what is ‘really' troubling one.
